General Email Settings

If your mail client doesn't have a guide written for it, these are the settings for both POP3 and IMAP-based email. Settings not listed here can be left at their defaults.

Incoming Mail Server See your system administrator *
Outgoing Mail Server See your system administrator *
Incoming Server (POP3) Port 110
Outgoing Server (SMTP) Port 587
SMTP Authentication Required Yes


* For recently added domains, this will probably be mail.yourcompany.com. For existing users, use mail.supranet.net. Ask your system administrator or SupraNet support for the correct server name.
